What it is: The ultimate green light for serious buyers. A reputable bank or lender verifies your financial profile to guarantee your purchasing power. I’d be happy to connect you with one of my preferred lenders to start the process.

Why it matters: While initial pre-approvals can often be started with a soft credit check, a full review is required when making offers. A pre-approval letter lets sellers know you are fully qualified, financed, and ready to close the deal.

What it is: The perfect first step if you're thinking of buying but aren't sure where you stand. You will answer a few basic questions about your income, employment history, and current debts to see what is possible.


Why it matters: No credit check is required for this stage. It gives you a great, low-pressure estimate of your home-buying budget so you can plan ahead, though a full pre-approval will still be needed when you're ready to submit an offer.
