I’m Jermaine Antonio, a licensed real estate Agent serving clients all across California — from luxury listings to first-time buyers navigating down payment assistance programs and everything in between. My approach is rooted in real connection, education, and making sure people feel supported at every stage of the process.

 

During a pivotal time in my real estate journey, I had the opportunity to be part of a luxury real estate team. That experience played a major role in shaping the way I do business today. I still carry those lessons with me — especially when it comes to service, presentation, and attention to detail — but I’ve made it my own.

 

I also work closely with my partner Joseph, who is the creative force behind my marketing. From branding to printed pieces like the one you’re reading. He brings the vision to life, and I’m proud to build alongside him.

 

Before real estate became my focus, creativity was always showing up in different ways.

 

I was born in Long Beach and raised in Monterey County, and my passion for makeup started back in high school while I was on the cheer team. I was always the one helping the girls get ready, making sure everything was put together before performances. That experience eventually helped me earn scholarships, which led me to study at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco.

 

In 2015, I moved to the Coachella Valley for an externship at a local family restaurant, and from there my journey kept evolving. I’ve worked as a private chef in Palm Springs, at J.Crew in San Francisco, and as a Chanel sales associate on El Paseo in Palm Desert — all before stepping fully into real estate.

 

No matter what I’m doing, makeup has always been there in the background — finding its way into my life in one form or another. It’s simply part of who I am.
