When I first posted this recipe, it was to celebrate my move to HomeSmart. It quickly became one of my most popular creations.
I am not normally a drinker, but one evening while out celebrating a friends birthday, I tried a frozen mojito at a restaurant and instantly thought, “I need to make my own version of this.” It is light, refreshing, and perfect for those special occasions when I do enjoy a drink.
The icy blend of mint, lime, and just the right amount of sweetness makes this drink irresistible. And because it is frozen, it feels like a vacation in a glass.

Ingredients:
Ice
Fresh mint leaves
Lime juice
Simple syrup
White rum
Club soda
Instructions:
Add ice, mint leaves, lime juice, simple syrup, and white rum to a blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Pour into a glass, top with a splash of club soda, and garnish with extra mint leaves or a lime wedge.
Sip and enjoy.
Just like this recipe was a toast to my move to HomeSmart, I can help you toast to your own fresh start. I am a California-based realtor ready to help you find your next home.
Let’s talk real estate, and maybe share a drink to celebrate you buying or selling!!
