Pineapple Coconut Sorbet

Welcome to another Ice Cream Sunday! Today, we’re whipping up a tropical treat – Pineapple Coconut Sorbet. This easy, homemade sorbet is perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day. Follow along as I show you how to blend fresh pineapple, creamy coconut milk, and a hint of lime into a deliciously refreshing dessert.



Ingredients:

1 fresh pineapple, peeled & diced

1 can (14oz) coconut milk

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon lime juice


Instructions:

1. Blend the diced pineapple, coconut milk, sugar, and lime juice until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

3. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

4. Enjoy your Pineapple Coconut Sorbet! 🍍🍨


Tips:

  • Add shredded coconut or a splash of rum for extra flavor.

  • No ice cream maker? Freeze the mixture in a shallow dish, stirring every 30 minutes.
